Medical Nutrition Therapy, often abbreviated as MNT, is an evidence-based medical approach to the treatment of certain chronic conditions through the use of a personalized nutrition plan.

The program consists of 6 weeks of nutritional care through online appointments in which you will work with your nutritionist on a mindful eating plan and nutritional coaching through which you will be given the necessary tools to modify your eating behavior and establish new eating habits.
